REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 3161-17: CM/GC SERVICES BEAVERTON CENTER FOR THE ARTS & PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE BEAVERTON, OR Proposals due December 29, 2016 @ 2:00 pm The City of Beaverton requests proposals to provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for construction of two publicly owned structures: (1) a performing arts center of approximately 45,000 square feet and (2) a new six-story structured parking garage of approximately146,600 square feet, expected to include 329 parking spaces and 12,240 square feet of ground floor retail. The project construction budget for the performing arts center is estimated at $26.85 million and the project construction budget for the parking garage is estimated at $12.58 million. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held at 9:00 AM on December 7, 2016, in the Council Chambers of The Beaverton Building at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon. A site tour will follow immediately after the conclusion of the pre-proposal meeting. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on December 29, 2016, at the Finance Department Utility Billing Counter, Fourth Floor of The Beaverton Building located at 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon 97005, Attention: Terry L. Muralt, CPPB, Purchasing Agent. There will be no formal opening. Proposals will not be accepted after the stated opening time and date. Late proposals and proposals submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted and will be returned to the vendor unopened.
