REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NEW FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT NEWPORT, OR Proposals due: January 30, 2017 @ 3:00 pm Central Lincoln People’s Utility District (CLPUD) requests proposals from qualified furniture dealers to provide new furniture and equipment for their new Operations Center located in Newport, Oregon. A full set of the RFP documents may be obtained from the DJC’s Project Center or go to the following link: http://www.czopek designstudio.com/files. In order for a proposal to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted proposals must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people’s utility districts and Central Lincoln’s Resolution 862. The District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so. The deadline for submitting Proposals is January 30, 2017, at 3:00 pm. No faxed or electronic (email) proposals shall be accepted.
