Cox, deceased: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 1, MCLEAN TERRACE UNIT 1, City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon; since East along the Northerly line of Lot No. 1, a distance of 90.7 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of the N.W. Luray Terrace; thence South 30 33′ East along said Westerly right of way line at distance of 85 feet; thence South 59 27′ West a distance of 126.78 feet to the West line of said Lot No. 1; thence Northwesterly along the West line of said Lot No. 1 to the point of beginning.
