METRO OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR PLAZA, ENTRIES, AND INTERIOR RENOVATIONS FOR THE OREGON CONVENTION CENTER Proposals due: May 11, 2017 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 3326 Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for Owner’s Representative/Project Management Services for Plaza, Entries, and Interior Renovations for the Oregon Convention Center. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to act as the Owner’s Representative for the OCC plaza, entries, and interior renovations project. Duties include, but are not limited to: advising, reporting, assisting, and providing support to Metro before, during and after construction. A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held in Room 270 at Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232 on April 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. May 11, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3326.
