NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: BG Food Cartel FCP2017-0002 DR2017-0014 The applicant requests Food Cart Pod and Design Review Compliance Letter approval for a proposed 31 space Food Cart Pod and minor alterations to an existing building on site. The site is currently developed with one commercial building, and is located at 4250 SW Rose Biggi and 12755 SW Beaverdam Road, Tax Lots 800 and 801 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S116AA. The site is within the Regional Commercial – Transit Oriented (RC-TO) zoning district and within the Central Beaverton Association Committee. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton: 40.32.15.2.C Food Cart Pod (Type 2), and 40.20.15.1.C Design Review Compliance Letter (Type 1). The Facilities Review Committee Meeting with the applicant will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2017. The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Development Code of the City of Beaverton. The Facilities Review Committee meeting is open to the public, but is not intended for public testimony. Written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017, in order to be addressed in the staff report. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Current Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, the Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Director is the decision-making authority for the above application and shall issue a written decision on the above development proposal on or around Wednesday, May 24, 2017, pursuant to Section 50.40.10.
