REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ITB 001-2017 PARKDALE /CASCADE LOCKS FACILITY UPGRADES HOOD RIVER, OR Proposals due: May 24, 2017 @ 2:00 pm Notice to Proposers: Hood River County School District is seeking General Contracting Services for Outdoor and Indoor Facility Upgrades at Parkdale Elementary and Cascade Locks Elementary. The District is estimating a construction cost range of $600,000 to $750,000. Parkdale Elementary: Removal of existing playground equipment, regrading, installation of new manufactured play equipment and surfacing, repair and improvements to existing soft surface running / walking trail. Cascade Locks Elementary: Playground improvements including new play area surfacing, minor play equipment, and fencing. Replacement plantings along the East and North Facades. Repair to entry canopy and driveway / curb improvements for traffic control. Interior finish repairs to the existing Music Room, Security system, access control. Replacement of roofing, gutters, downspouts, and repair of soffit damage.
