Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until June 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project is for the improvement of the existing roadway at the east end of Columbia Park. The project alters the existing pavement markings and signage, widens the path under the existing bridge and installs rectangular rapid flash beacons.
