CITY OF KENNEWICK 2017 COMMUNITY PEDESTRIAN CROSSING IMPROVEMENTS Bids due: July 11, 2017 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for Contract P1703-17 2017 Community Pedestrian Crossing Improvements at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA. 99336, until July 11, 2017, at 2:00 P.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project is for the installation of nine (9) City supplied pedestrian activated rectangular rapid flashing beacons (one will be mounted to city supplied signal pole standard and arm, eight (8) will require bases and poles with one required to have the pedestrian push button mounted on an existing decorative street light pole), with appurtenances and permanent traffic control signing. The project also includes construction of pedestrian ramps, pedestrian curb, exposed aggregate pedestrian refuge island, and other miscellaneous improvements.
