Evans Date: March 9, 2016 Recording Date: March 9, 2016 Recording Reference: 2016-029769 County of Recording: Multnomah By assignment recorded March 27, 2017, as No. 2017-036217, Official Records, Multnomah County, Oregon, the Beneficiary’s interest under the Trust Deed was assigned to NW Holding Keys, LLC The Trust Deed covers the following described real property in the County of Multnomah and State of Oregon (the Property): The East 80 feet of Lot 1, Block 5, Chestnut Hill, in the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon. The Grantor or other person owing the debt has defaulted as provided under the Trust Deed, and both the Beneficiary and the Trustee have elected to foreclose the Trust Deed and sell the Property to satisfy the obligations secured by the Trust Deed. The default for which foreclosure is permitted is the Grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: Final payment of all outstanding principal and accrued interest due March 1, 2017, plus unpaid taxes with interest and penalties, if any.
