REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING FIRM MONROE, OR Proposals due: August 28, 2017 @ 4:00 pm Pursuant to Attorney General Model Public Contracting Rule 137-048-0220, the Monroe School District #1J (School District) is conducting a formal selection procedure for an architectural/engineering firm to design and oversee construction of facility upgrades to certain school facilities with revenue from a recently passed bond measure. The School District plans to award to the highest ranked Proposer selected from those architects/engineers submitting proposals. The anticipated contract will include: all design work; site analysis; coordination with the selected Construction Manager/General Contractor; and construction oversight.
