PORT OF PORTLAND ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING SERVICES Responses Due: September 15, 2017 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOLICITATION NUMBER 2017-7473 Proposals for the provision of Energy Savings Contracting Services will be electronically received by the Port of Portland through the Port’s online Business Opportunities Vendor Portal until the time indicated above. The Port of Portland (Port) is seeking to establish a contract with a Supplier(s) for Energy Savings Performance Contracting Services and Equipment to help the Port of Portland and other U.S. Communities Participating Public Agencies reduce energy consumption and increase energy efficiency. The resultant contract(s) will support comprehensive energy savings solutions. Awarded Suppliers must have the ability to work with Participating Public Agencies to develop detailed plans that reduce energy and energy related maintenance costs, including studies and analysis in the form of detailed energy audits and comprehensive energy studies, comprehensive energy efficiency and guaranteed savings program plans, carry out the construction proposed, supply the products required, and measured verification reports on progress made towards the energy savings guarantee.
