You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: A. FIRST CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $40,522.90, plus accrued interest in the amount of $1,694.53 through June 28, 2017, plus interest on the principal at the contract rate of 3.74 percent per annum ($4.1522 per diem), from June 29, 2017, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For plaintiff’s attorney fees and costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs A1 and A2 above at the contract rate of 3.74 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. B. SECOND CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the recovery of the 2014 Mercedes Benz, VIN WDDGJ4HB1EG183129, by seizure and sale of the Vehicle through replevin; and, alternatively, for the value of the Vehicle if Wike and Tyrrells fail to surrender it; 2. For plaintiff’s attorney fees and costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs B1 and B2 above at the contract rate of 3.74 percent per annum, from the date the judgment is entered, until paid in full. C. THIRD CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $2,322.03, plus accrued interest in the amount of $116.13 through June 28, 2017, plus interest accruing on the principal at the contract rate of 6.24 percent per annum ($.3970 per diem), from June 29, 2017, until the date the judgment is entered; 2. For plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees; 3. For plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 4. For interest on the sum of paragraphs C1 through C3 at the contract rate of 6.24 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full. D. FOURTH CLAIM FOR RELIEF: 1. For the principal sum of $9,559.44, plus accrued interest in the amount of $1,240.91 through June 28, 2017, plus interest accruing on the principal at the contract rate of 11.90 percent per annum ($3.1166 per diem), from June 29, 2017, until the date the judgment is entered; 2. For plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees; 3. For plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 4. For interest on the sum of paragraphs D1 through D3 at the contract rate of 11.90 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full. E.
