This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property: 1015 Oak Street, # 59, Silverton, OR 97381, and is legally described as: Lot 59, SILVER CLIFF, in the City of Silverton, Marion County, Oregon TOGETHER WITH Tract A which contains private streets to be owned, operated and maintained by the Silver Cliff Homeowners Associations delineated on the recorded Plat of Silver Cliff recorded June 19, 2007 in Reel 2827, Page 260, Marion County, Oregon.
