Notice of Public Hearing exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM THE COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUIREMENT Portland Public School District No.1J, Multnomah County, (District) has scheduled a public hearing at 6 PM on December 19, 2017, at the Blanchard Education Service Center Board Room, 501 N. Dixon Street, Portland OR 97227. This public hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the District’s draft Findings in support of an exemption from the Competitive Bidding Requirement for the following work: Madison High School Modernization. The District intends to compete this work using the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) Alternative Contracting Method as per the District’s Public Contracting Rules PPS-49-0600 through PPS-49-0690.
