NOTICE OF APPLICATION – LD2017-0024 SW Bible Church Tree Tract

NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: LD2017-0024 (SW Bible Church Preliminary Partition- Tree Tract) The applicant requests approval of a Preliminary Partition application for the creation of one (1) lot and one (1) tract of record in the R5 zoning district. The subject site contains the existing church development and parking lot. All structures are to remain. No development is proposed in association with this Land Division application. The address of the site is 14605 SW Weir Road, is also described as Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S129DD Tax Lot 100. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building/City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue by the comment closing date of December 27, 2017, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Beaverton Development Code Sections 40.03 Facilities Review and 40.45.15.4.C. Preliminary Partition. Within approximately fourteen (14) calendar days after the comment closing date of December 27, 2017, the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, the NAC in which the subject property is located, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date.
