PORT OF PORTLAND PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL CORE REDEVELOPMENT (TCORE) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES Responses Due: January 17, 2018 @ 3:00 pm INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NUMBER 2017-7079 Electronic Proposals for construction manager/general contractor service related the Portland International Airport terminal core redevelopment will be received electronically via the Port’s on-line Business Opportunities Vendor Portal until the time indicated above. The Port of Portland is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms capable of providing construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services to the Port on the Portland International Airport Terminal Core Redevelopment (TCORE) project. The Port is conducting this procurement in accordance with OAR 137-049-0690. The Provider is being selected early in the project to provide the Port and its design team with expertise and experience that will assist in project decision making, and to ensure that procedures are implemented to manage the construction costs, schedule, and phasing requirements. The Provider shall advise on the design to allow for economical and efficient methods of construction. Construction shall be phased to maintain continuous airport security operations and a high level of service to the public, tenants, and other airport users. The Port seeks a Provider who can best provide the services needed to achieve these goals. An informational conference will be held at 10AM, on December 21, 2017 in in the Chinook Conference Room at the Port of Portland Headquarters Building, 7200 N.E. Airport Way, Portland, Oregon. Attendance is highly recommended. Questions Concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Port’s on-line Business Opportunities Vendor Portal.
