To the Respondent: Gary Moton, In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the petition filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is December 20, 2017. If you fail timely to appear and answer, Petitioner will apply to the above-entitled Court for the relief prayed for in her petition, to-wit: Awarding Petitioner sole care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties; allowing Petitioner and minor children to relocate outside of Oregon; ordering Respondent to pay to Petitioner, child support in the amount of $613.00 per month, until the last child reaches age 18; restoring Petitioner’s former name of Paulsen, and for such other and further relief as determined by the Court to be meet and equitable.
