NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL ORDINANCE 2772 Hearing Date, Time, and Location Tuesday, February 6, 2018; 6:30 p.m. City Council Chambers 380 A Avenue Lake Oswego, OR 97034 Nature of Hearing The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider Ordinance 2772 clarifying, revising and updating various sections of the City code: ORDINANCE 2772 An Ordinance of the Lake Oswego City Council Clarifying, Revising, and Updating LOC 15.06.610 (Oregon Fire Code), LOC 20.02.080 (Criteria for Approval or Denial of Business Licenses), LOC 32.06.075A (Public Parking Lots), LOC 34.04.133 (Base Fines), LOC 34.10.537 (Loud, Disturbing, or Unnecessary Noise), LOC 45.09 (Various Building Codes), LOC 47.10.412 (Permitted Signs in EC Zone), LOC Article 42.19 (Sidewalk Cafes and Sidewalk Displays), and the following sections of the Tree Code: LOC 55.02.020, 55.02.042, 55.02.084, 55.08.010, 55.08.030; and adopting Appendix 55.02-1 Native Mitigation Tree List. Copies of this Ordinance will be available one week before the meeting in the City Recorder’s Office and will also be available at the February 6 meeting. Time Limits on Testimony The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and expeditious manner.
