NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance No. 813

CITY OF WILSONVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wilsonville City Council will conduct a public hearing on, February 5, 2018, 7 p.m. at City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop, Wilsonville, Oregon. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider public testimony on the proposed entitled ordinance: Ordinance No. 813 An Ordinance Approving The Willamette Intake Facilities Intergovernmental Agreement To Form The Willamette Intake Facilities Commission, An Intergovernmental Entity Formed Under ORS Chapter 190 Between Tualatin Valley Water District And The Cities Of Wilsonville, Hillsboro, Sherwood, Beaverton, And Tigard. Copies of the proposed ordinances may be obtained at a cost of 25 cents per page, at City Hall or by calling the City Recorder at 503-570-1506 and requesting a copy to be mailed to you. Specific suggestions or questions concerning the proposed ordinance may be directed to the City Attorney at 503-570-1509. Public testimony, both oral and written will be accepted at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and may be submitted to the City Recorder, 29799 SW Town Center Loop E, Wilsonville, OR 97070 or by email at veliz@ci.wilsonville.or.us. Assistive listening devices are available for persons with impaired hearing and can be scheduled for this meeting. The City will endeavor to provide qualified sign language interpreters without cost if requested at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
