NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Happy Valley Hearings Officer Notice is hereby given that the City of Happy Valley Hearings Officer will hold a public hearing on the following date in regard to the application described herein: Date & Time: Hearings Officer – April 19, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Hearing Location: City Hall, 16000 SE Misty Drive, Happy Valley, OR 97086; File & Subject: File No. DR-21-17 SUNRISE WATER ATHORITY RESERVOIR NO. 1 1 WATER STORAGE TANK, TYPE III- HEARINGS OFFICER MINOR DESIGN REVIEW. Proposal: The applicant, Sunrise Water Authority, proposes to develop a 13,893 square-foot, three-million- gallon water storage tank (Reservoir No 11) and associated landscaped areas on an approximately 1.99-acre site. Location: 12795 SE 147th Avenue, located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 147th Avenue and Faris Street, north of Verlie Street and east of Hadeed Drive. The site is further described as Clackamas County Assessor Map Number 22E01B: Tax Lot 1373 and Map Number 22E01BB: Tax Lot 3700. The decision by the Hearings Officer will be made in accordance with the above criteria. Failure to raise an issue in writing prior to or before the close of the written comment period, Friday, March 23, 2018 by 5:00 p.m. or failure to provide sufficient specificity at the public hearing to afford the hearing body an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based upon that issue. The applicant and any person who submits written comments shall receive notice of the decision. The failure of the applicant to raise constitutional or other issues relating to proposed conditions of approval with sufficient specificity to allow this Commission to respond to the issue precludes an action for damages in circuit court.
