TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE A default has occurred under the terms of a Trust Deed made by The Office Of Overseer, Diane Brooks and Her Successors, a Corporate Sole For Children’s Ministries, Grantor, Robert A. Smejkal, Attorney at Law, the Trustee, and Gerald V. Olmstead and Linda E. Olmstead, as the Trustee of the Olmstead Family Trust, Beneficiary, under that certain Trust Deed dated May 24, 2010 and recorded in the records of Clackamas County, Oregon on May 25, 2010 as Document No. 2010-031368. The above-described Trust Deed concerns the following described real property, to wit: PARCEL I: Lot 9, SLEEPY HOLLOW GLEN, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon. PARCEL II: A tract of land situated in Section 22, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, described as follows: All that part of the Northeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter and the North one-half of the Northeast one-quarter lying South of the thread of the main channel of the Sandy River, being the channel described in, and situated Southerly of an island described in that, deed to L.A. Mathisen and Inez C. Mathisen, husband and wife, recorded November 18, 1948, in Book 413, Page 679, Clackamas County, Oregon, Deed Records. PARCEL III: A tract of land situated in Section 22, Township 2 South, Range 6 East, of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast one-quarter of said Section 22; thence North 1deg. 20′ East, along the one-quarter section line and the East line of SLEEPY HOLLOW, a duly recorded plat, 1,320.00 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of said SLEEPY HOLLOW; thence East, along the North line of the South one-half of said Northeast one-quarter, 712.00 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of that tract of land described in deed to Don L. Shoup and D.B. Shoup, husband and wife, recorded September 9, 1958, in Book 545, Page 160, Clackamas County, Oregon Deed Records, and the true point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence South 1deg. 20′ West, along the East line of said Shoup tract, 208.93 feet, more or less, to the North line of Sleepy Hollow Drive (County Road No. 1433); thence North 81deg. 38′ 30 East
