VERSATILE CONSTRUCTION NW, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, and ORLANDO MENJIVAR, JR., an individual, Defendants. To: Versatile Construction NW, LLC and Orlando Menjiver, Jr., the above-named Defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the Complaint filed against you in the above entitled cause within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this summons upon you, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. The relief sought in the Complaint is for Breach of Contract and Conversion, relating to a written agreement entered into on January 28, 2017, between Plaintiff and Defendants, for construction of a dwelling unit on the property, owned by Plaintiff located at 20606 S. Ridge Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. For either Plaintiff’s First or Second Claim for Relief (Breach of Contract and Conversion), Plaintiff seeks judgment of a money award for Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally between them, in the amount of $17,500.00; plus, Plaintiff shall be awarded his costs and the applicable statutory prevailing party award; and granting any other relief the Court deems just and equitable.
