PLAINTIFFS’ COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY AND DECLARATORY RELIEF, NOT SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION Plaintiff alleges as follows: 1. Plaintiff, Hazardous Property Management is a Limited Liability Company, duly formed and in good standing under the laws of New Mexico. 2. Plaintiff is the owner in fee and in possession of its lands and premises, which are the subject of this Complaint, and said lands and premises are situated in the County of Clackamas in the State of Oregon, and more particularly described as follows: A tract of land situated in Section 16, Township 2 South, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian, in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, being a portion of the Nathaniel Lamb Donation Land Claim (hereinafter D.L.C.) No. 51, and being described as follows: (containing approximately 14.4 acres) BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said Nathaniel Lamb D.L.C., that is 967.09 feet east of the southwest D.L.C. corner, said point also being the southeast corner of that tract of land conveyed to Genevieve L. Slaughter by deed recorded April 19, 1974, Fee No. 74-9908, Deed Records; thence North along the east line of the said Slaughter tract a distance of 840.01 feet to the southwest corner of that tract of land conveyed to Glenn Drake, et ux., by deed recorded July 23, 1930, Book 207, page 254, Deed Records; thence East along the south line of said Drake tract, 200.00 feet, to the southeast corner thereof; thence North along the east line of said Drake tract, 375.01 feet, to the southwest corner of that tract of land conveyed to Dean E. Neal, et ux., by deed recorded May 23, 1974, Fee No. 7413796, Deed Records; thence East along the South line of said Neal tract, 376.52 feet, to the southeast corner thereof, this point also being on the west line of that tract of land conveyed to Vanport Manufacturing, Inc., an Oregon corporation, by deed recorded June 8, 1977 Fee No. 77-22040, Deed Records; thence South 0 degrees 48′ 48 West along the west line of said Vanport tract
