SUMMARY STATEMENT OF THE OBJECT OF THE COMPLAINT: The object of this Complaint is to quiet title unto The Estate of Oliver H. Zimmerman or real property more particularly described in Exhibit A, which is a part of this Summons. The prior transfers of the subject property from Thelma Kandel to Oliver H. Zimmerman and Julia L. Zimmerman and from Julia L. Zimmerman to Oliver H. Zimmerman contained incorrect legal descriptions. As all parties to the aforementioned transactions are deceased the object of this Complaint is to quiet title as to any unknown heirs and devisees of Thelma Kandel and Julia Lynn Zimmerman, and vest title of said real property in the Estate of Oliver H. Zimmerman. SUMMONS DEMAND FOR RELIEF (a) Requiring Defendants to set forth their claims, if any, as to the real property described in paragraph 1 herein; (b) Determining all adverse claims, if any, of Defendants, and all persons claiming under Defendants; (c) Declaring Plaintiff to be the owner in fee simple of the real property described above and entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of Defendants or those claiming under Defendants and quieting title to the premises in Plaintiff; (d) Enjoining Defendants and those claiming under Defendants from asserting any estate, title, claim, lien or interest in the premises or any portion thereof; (e) Awarding Plaintiff his costs and disbursements incurred herein; and (1) Granting such other relief as may be equitable.
