CONCRETE SLAB REPLACEMENT AND WATERPROOFING

METRO CONCRETE SLAB REPLACEMENT AND WATERPROOFING Bids due: March 19, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB 3811 Metro is inviting bids for to replace concrete slab and waterproof areas at the OCC loading docks. This ITB will be done in 2 steps, the first of which is to invite Contractors to submit their qualifications. The project consists of removing approx. 8000 SQFT of topping slab concrete above post tension slab, removing existing waterproofing membrane, prepping slab for the new membrane and installing new waterproofing, drainage, and reinforced concrete slab. Step 1 Qualifications are to no later than 2:00 p.m. March 19, 2020 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, ITB 3811. Responses will be opened publicly at that time. Price bids will be solicited ONLY from bidders deemed to be qualified in Step 1 of the process. All bidders submitting a bid for public improvements over $50,000 certify that they will pay and comply with the minimum prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800-279C.870 and if applicable 40 U.S.C.276a. Solicitation documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/ Metro may accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights if such action is deemed in the public interest.
