NEW: All bidders must access the Multco MarketPlace (MMP) sourcing website for details regarding this sourcing event. Visit www.multco.us and select Bids and Proposals at the bottom of the page under Opportunities. Bids must be submitted in person at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Suite 125, Portland, OR 97214. Bids are accepted until, but not after, 2:00 PM on the close date in the Sourcing Event. PRE-QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDER WITH ODOT is required. See the Bid Booklet for project class(es) of work and specific bid submittal requirements. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C 800-870, or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276(a) if applicable.
