NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jan St. Michael, the Grantor of the JAN ST. MICHAEL REVOCABLE TRUST under agreement dated December 31, 2015, as amended (the Trust), is deceased. First Republic Trust Company is the Trustee of the Trust.
