NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Oak Lodge Water Services District, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget process for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held at the District offices located at 14496 SE River Road, Milwaukie, OR 97267. The meeting will take place on March 31, 2020 at 6:00 pm. A subsequent meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2020 where public comment will be taken, receipt of the budget document, and deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. To promote physical social separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, the Board President has directed that, until further notice, public attendance at Board meetings will be telephonic only. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee should do so by dialing (301) 715-8592 at the designated time and entering the access code 646-917-873 Individuals who wish to attend the meeting but who do not have the ability to attend by phone should contact the District Recorder at least forty-eight hours prior to the noticed meeting time by phone at (503) 353-4227 or by email at laural@olwsd.org. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 28, 2020 at 14496 SE River Road, Milwaukie, OR 97267, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm or on the Oak Lodge Water Services District website.
