NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Scappoose School District, Columbia County, State of Oregon, on the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held at 33589 SE High School Way, Scappoose OR 97056. The meetings will take place on April 13, 2020 5:30 – 6:30pm (work session), April 20, 2020 5:30 – 7:30 PM, May 4, 2020 5:30 – 7:30 PM, May 11, 2020 5:30 – 7:30 PM (if necessary), 5/18/2020 5:30 – 7:30PM. The purpose of the April 20, 2020 meeting is to receive the budget message. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. A separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting to comment on the proposed budget with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on May 4, 2020 at 5:30 pm, held at 33589 SE HIGH SCHOOL WAY Scappoose OR 97056. A copy of the budget document will be available for review on April 20, 2020 at 33589 SE High School Way Scappoose OR 97056, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
