PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION The Oregon Health Authority – Drinking Water Services has determined that the proposed drinking water system improvements project for the Pete’s Mountain Water Company conform to the criteria and requirements of Oregon Administrative Rules 333-061-0063 and the supporting environmental review process guidance manual. The project, which involves installation of a permanent chlorination system, increase of system productivity, replacement of customer water meters, and installation of a backup generator and pressure tanks, is therefore categorically excluded from further environmental review under the Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund program as allowed in the above referenced rules.
