PORT OF COLUMBIA COUNTY MULTNOMAH INDUSTRIAL PARK DOCK DEMOLITION AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Proposals due: April 30, 2020 @ 5:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Port of Columbia County is seeking proposals for partial demolition and improvement work on an existing dock at the Multnomah Industrial Park near St. Helens. No work will be done in-water. Bid packets containing the RFP and all plans and specifications for this project may be found on the Port’s website, www.portofcolumbiacounty.org; obtained from the Port Offices located at 100 E. St., Columbia City, from 8:00 to 5:00; or requested via e-mail at allison@portofcolumbiacounty.org There is a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting per the RFP at 2:00 on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
