PUBLIC NOTICE CROOK COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF CHANGE TO BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING Previously, a public meeting notice of the Budget Committee of Crook County Parks & Recreation District was published on March 31, 2020. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the District facilities are currently closed to the public and meetings will be held electronically. The budget committee meeting will still be held on April 22, 2020, and if needed April 23, 2020, at 6:00pm, following is a correction to the previously published meeting information. A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Crook County Parks and Recreation District, Crook County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held electronically at https://join.freeconferencecall.com/duane886. The meeting will take place on April 22, 2020, at 6:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A second meeting is tentatively scheduled on April 23, 2020, at 6:00pm and will take place on an as needed basis. Written comments received by 5:00pm on April 21, 2020 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on April 22, 2020. Comments, both written and phone in, will be subject to 3-minute limit per community member. Public comment must be scheduled no later then 5:00pm on April 21, 2020.
