NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT OF CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT FOR DELIVERY OF DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO: Anthony M. Heigl, Jean E. Heigl, their Heirs, Devisees, and Estates; the Occupants of the Property; Any Person Holding Title or Interest to the below-described property PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the Memorandum of Contract, recorded in Jefferson County, the Estate of Melinda Kay Stoneburg, on behalf of John Louis Stoneburg and Melinda Kay Stoneburg (the Buyer), now seeks to enforce that Contract for delivery of the deed of conveyance. The Deed conveying the property was never delivered by Anthony M. Heigl and Jean E. Heigl (the Seller) to the Buyer. 1. Stoneburg, husband and wife 3. The instrument creating the original contract of sale is memorialize in the Memorandum of Contract, recorded in Jefferson County, Book 65, Page 68. 4. The date of final payment of the contract was: April 7, 1980. 5. The Estate of the Buyer now wishes to enforce the contractual requirement for delivery of the deed of conveyance. 6.
