CITY OF WILSONVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wilsonville City Council will conduct a public hearing on, April 20, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop, Wilsonville, Oregon. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider public testimony on the proposed ordinance entitled: Ordinance No. 841 An Ordinance Of The City Of Wilsonville Adopting Amendments To Wilsonville Development Code Text And Text Of The Comprehensive Plan Regarding The Planned Development Residential (PDR) And Residential (R) Zones. Copies of the proposed resolution may be obtained at a cost of 25 cents per page, by calling the City Recorder at 503-570-1506 and requesting a copy to be mailed to you. Specific suggestions or questions concerning the proposed resolution may be directed to Dan Pauly, Planning Manager at 503-570-1536 or pauly@ci.wilsonville.or.us. Public testimony, both oral and written will be accepted at the public hearing. Written statements are encouraged and may be submitted to the City Recorder, 29799 SW Town Center Loop E, Wilsonville, OR 97070 or by email at cityrecorder@ci.wilsonville.or.us. Oral testimony can be provided during the public hearing in person, via Zoom or by telephone. Assistive listening devices are available for persons with impaired hearing and can be scheduled for this meeting. The City will endeavor to provide qualified sign language interpreters without cost if requested at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
