The relief sought in the Complaint is for an action on a Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement, executed on September 4, 2013, between Plaintiff and Defendant. Defendant signed as borrower for a loan from Plaintiff, to purchase a 2013 Kia Rio automobile, VIN KNADM4A39D6297338. The balance owing on this loan is $12,815.42, plus interest at the rate of 20.45% per annum, from December 17, 2015 until paid. Plaintiff seeks judgment against Defendant in the amount of $12,815.42, plus interest at the rate of 20.45% per annum, from December 17, 2015 until paid, and for Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein.
