NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hubbard, Marion County, State of Oregon, where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021. The budget meeting will take place on May 5, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. If a second meeting is needed it will take place on May 18, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. A copy of the budget document may be available on or after April 30, 2020 via the City of Hubbard’s website: https://www.cityofhubbard.org Consistent with COVID-19 public health policies and advisories, the City of Hubbard will arrange for electronic methods of public participation in the meeting. This meeting will be held via conference call. This is to enable interested citizens to listen to the meeting. Except for the public hearing portion of the meeting, all public comment is suspended during this meeting due to platform restrictions. Should you wish to speak during the public hearing portion of the meeting, you may sign up by completing the form on the City’s webpage at https://www.cityofhubbard.org/bc/webform/sign-ifyou-want-speak-meeting or calling City Hall 48 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments may be provided in advance of the meeting by sending an email to vlnogle@cityofhubbard.org or mailing your written comments to the address provided below.
