Public Meeting A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Estacada Rural Fire District #69, Estacada, Oregon, will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 6:00 pm to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive public comment. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, this meeting will be held by remote video conferencing. If you cannot access the meeting online or by phone and wish to attend the meeting, contact Executive Assistant Karen Strejc at 503-742-2646 by Thursday, April 30, 2020. A meeting room at the Estacada Fire Community room, located at 445 SE Currin St, Estacada, Oregon, will be made available. In order to follow social distancing guidelines, the meeting room will be limited to 16 people at a time. A copy of the budget document will be available on or after April 29, 2020 on the District’s website at: www.estacadafire.org. If a hard copy is required, it may be obtained on after April 29, 2020 from the Estacada Fire Station at 445 SE Currin St, Estacada, Oregon. Copies will be available in the box at the front entrance of the Fire Station. Please ring the bell if the box is empty. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may attend the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. An additional public meeting may be held on May 20, 2020 at 6:00pm if needed.
