NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gaston Rural Fire Protection District (District) will hold a joint public hearing of its Board and its Local Contract Review Board regarding use of a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) alternative contracting method for a seismic upgrade project at Gaston Fire Station 11. The hearing will be held on the 14th day of May, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at 102 E Main Street, Gaston, Oregon 97119. The District will receive public comment on the Board’s draft findings supporting this alternative contracting method and exemption from competitive bidding requirements.
