HEARING NOTICE The Newberg Planning Commission will hold public hearings on May 14, 2020 at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Western Oregon Dispensary (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit for an Oregon Liquor Control Commission regulated adult use marijuana processing facility located at 1015 N Springbrook Road. Comprehensive Plan and Development Code Amendments per the 2018 Yamhill County Transit Area Development Transit Plan (Legislative): Consider an application for amending the text of the Newberg Comprehensive Plan and the Newberg Municipal Code to implement recommendations found in the Yamhill County Transit Area Transit Development Plan.
