NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS For the 2021-2022 Budget Biennium A public hearing for the proposed use of the City of Milwaukie’s State Revenue Sharing Funds for the 2021-2022 biennium will be held during the Budget Committee Meeting on May 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and May 23, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to declare the City’s election to receive state revenue sharing funds to be used as General Fund revenues for General Fund operations. The purpose of the hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to provide comment on the proposed use of these funds. Due to the governor’s Stay Home. Stay Healthy order, the Budget Committee will hold through Zoom video meetings. Public written comments may be submitted to finance@milwaukieoregon.gov. The Budget Committee will take verbal comments during the meetings but may limit speaking time. To speak during the meetings, email ocr@milwaukieoregon.gov by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting to receive the Zoom platform instructions. The public is encouraged to watch the meeting through the city’s YouTube channel or Comcast Cable channel 30 in city limits. Comments may be submitted by email to ocr@milwaukieoregon.gov.
