NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING CITY OF HILLSBORO A teleconference public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Hillsboro, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Any person may submit written testimony in advance of the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Deliberation of the budget Committee will take place. Meetings may conclude on May 13th if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2020-21 Proposed Budget. May 14th, 2020 Budget Committee Meeting, is scheduled as needed, and public testimony will not be received at that meeting. Meetings will conclude on any of these dates if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2020-21 Proposed Budget. During the public hearing, the Mayor will read down the list of those who pre-registered. When the Mayor calls out your name, you will have three minutes to speak. Members of the public using Zoom will not be able to share their screen during the meeting; presentation materials should submitted as written testimony.
