NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING on May 6, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Gladstone School District #115, Clackamas, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held by virtual meeting as per ORS 192.670. The link to the virtual meeting will be available via the District webpage at http://gladstone.k12.or.us/about-us/school-board/board-agendas/. The meeting will take place on May 6, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Public comment will not be taken verbally during the meeting, but will be accepted via email until 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Please email Natalie Weninger with relevant public comment at weningern@gladstone.k12.or.us. If needed, a second virtual meeting of the budget committee will be held on May 20, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 4, 2020 via the District website at gladstone.k12.or.us or by email request to receive a copy of the budget to weningern@gladstone.k12.or.us.
