Tigard Water District Notice of Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2020-2021 Budget The Tigard Water District will hold a Public Hearing on its proposed Fiscal Year 2020-2021 budget during its Board of Commissioners Meeting on May 12, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the City of Tigard Public Works Building at 8777 SW Burnham Street in Tigard, Oregon. The proposed budget will be available to the public on April 30, 2020 at the Tigard Public Library and on the District website www.tigardwaterdistrict.org. This budget has been prepared on accrual based accounting principles as in prior years. The 2020-2021 Budget expects revenue from the District’s share of water revenues in its boundaries to be $210,909, which is a slight decrease over last year’s budget amount. Interest earnings are expected to decrease to $6,830. The District receives no other significant revenues. The District’s budget requirements are expected to be $69,930 for Materials and Services and $10,490 for Contingencies. This compares to $35,336 and $9,508 respectively in the 2019-2020 Budget.
