LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Columbia City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 6:15 p.m. during the scheduled Regular City Council meeting. Due to safety concerns regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic, this Council meeting is scheduled to be conducted by conference call. To access the City Council meeting and Public Hearing please call 425-436-6318 and utilize the access code of 752011* in order to provide public comment. The purpose of the hearing is to gather testimony relating to a proposal to adjust the City of Columbia City Fee Schedule as prompted by the City’s implementation of the Building Codes Division ePermit software. The revision affects both building and mechanical, and plumbing programs. New fees related to manufactured home setting permits, area development permits, and a three percent technology fee are also included in the newly proposed schedule. Information about the proposal is available for public inspection at the City Hall, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.
