To Defendant: Any and all persons claiming any Right, Title, Estate or Interest Washington County Property, being a section of Tax Lot R328924 Any person claiming any type of right, title or interest in a portion of Washington County map tax lot 1S206BC-02600 are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint in the above entitled action by filing a motion, answer or reply with the court clerk with the appropriate fee within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiff(s) will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the complaint which will declare Plaintiffs to be the owners of said tax parcel. The underlying case is a quiet title action as to a triangular section of the Plaintiffs’ property commonly known as 744 SE 2nd Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon. Said tax lot has no known owner.
