SUMMONS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH CASE NO. 20CV29327 GLORIA MYERS, Plaintiff v. ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF LOIS H. PRICE, Defendants TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF LOIS H. PRICE, of the above-named Defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, Plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in her complaint, to-wit: 1. Requiring Defendants, and all persons claiming under Defendants, to set forth the nature of their claims, if any, to the real property described as Lot 3, Price Tract, in the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon; 2. Determining all adverse claims, if any, of Defendants, and all persons claiming under Defendants; 3. Declaring Plaintiff to be the owner in fee simple of the real property described herein, and further declaring Plaintiff to be entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of Defendants, or those claiming under Defendants, and quieting title in the property in Plaintiff; 4. Enjoining Defendants and those claiming under Defendants, from asserting any estate, title, claim, lien or interest in the premises or any portion thereof; 5. Awarding Plaintiff her costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 6. Granting such further relief the Court may deem just and equitable. NOTICE TO DEFENDANT: READ CAREFULLY!!
