NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION To: All Creditors of and Claimants against L.M. Pike Company General Contractor L.M. PIKE COMPANY GENERAL CONTRACTOR, an Oregon corporation, was dissolved pursuant to Articles of Dissolution filed with the Oregon Secretary of State on November 9, 2020. This notice is being published in accordance with ORS 63.644. L.M. Pike Company General Contractor requests that persons with claims against L.M. Pike Company General Contractor present them in accordance with this notice. A claim must include the following information: (a) name, mailing address, and telephone number of the claimant (b) facts and documentation supporting the claim and (c) the amount claimed. The claim must be sent to: L.M. Pike Company General Contractor c/o Gayla D. Cushman-Pike, P.O. Box 386, Newberg, OR 97132. Any and all claims against L.M.
