The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 6, 2020 on water, wastewater, and stormwater rates and transportation utility fees as recommended by the Citizens’ Rate Review Committee to be effective January 1, 2021 and January 1, 2022. This hearing will take place at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 414 E. First Street. Written testimony will be taken from interested persons at the meeting or may be mailed in advance of the meeting. Oral testimony will be taken at the meeting but preferably be taken from interested persons via electronic means due to the current emergency declaration. The current and proposed rates are listed below.
