The following will be considered by the Tigard City Council on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 7:30 PM at the Tigard Civic Center – Town Hall Room, 13125 SW Hall Boulevard, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
Public oral or written testimony is invited. The public hearing on this matter will be held under Title 18 and rules of procedure adopted by the Council and available at City Hall or the rules of procedure set forth in Section 18.390.060E.

ZONE CHANGE ANNEXATION
ZCA2015-00002 FRANZKE/RIRIE ANNEXATION
REQUEST: A request to annex three (3) parcels located on the east side of 133rd Avenue into the city of Tigard for a future development. The site is approximately 2.77 acres. One-half of the adjoining right-of-way along SW 133rd Avenue is also proposed for annexation. LOCATION: 14920 SW 133rd Ave.; Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 2S109AC, Tax Lot 1200; SW No Address; Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 2S109AC, Tax Lot 1300; and 14980 SW 133rd Ave.; Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 2S109AC, Tax Lot 1100. COUNTY ZONES: R6: 6 units/acre maximum density. CITY ZONES: R-7: Medium Density Residential District. APPLICABLE REVIEW CRITERIA: The approval standards for annexations are described in Community Development Code Chapters 18.320 and 18.390, Comprehensive Plan Goal 1, Goal 11, Goal 12, and Goal 14; ORS Chapter 222; Metro Code Chapter 3.09.
