RE-NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.45.4&6 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following application is being provided:
Cornell Oaks Office Building (ADJ2015-0007 / DR2015-0112 / LD2015-0022 / TP2015-0015)
The applicant, STPI, LLC has submitted a Design Review Three application for construction of a new approximately 60,000 square foot office building in the Office Industrial (OI) zoning district, and associated site improvements. The applicant requests a Major Adjustment to exceed the maximum parking ratio permitted in the OI zoning district. Replat One approval is requested to consolidate the two existing tax lots into one lot of record. The applicant requests Tree Plan Two approval for the removal of Community Trees from the subject site.
The subject site is located at 15425 NW Greenbrier Parkway.
Tax Lots 600 & 700 on Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1N132CA.
Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Commission, which will review the proposal in accordance with the approval criteria contained in Development Code Section 40.03 Facilities Review, Section 220.127.116.11.C Major Adjustment, Section 18.104.22.168.C Design Review Three, Section 22.214.171.124.C Replat One, and Section 126.96.36.199.C Tree Plan Two.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the above application on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in City Council Chambers, First Floor, Beaverton Building. Pursuant to Section 50.88 of the Beaverton Development Code, written comments or exhibits submitted prior to the hearing to be submitted by staff at the hearing must be received by the City Recorder no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the scheduled hearing. All submittals that are more than two (2) letter size pages must include no fewer than ten (10) complete copies of the materials being submitted.
Copies of the staff report will be available for inspection at the Planning Division Planning Counter or may be purchased at reasonable cost or are available for on-line viewing at www.beavertonoregon.gov. Staff reports are published a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the date of the initial public hearing.
